This version of Borderskin allowed just .png for searchbar,it was a fake searchbar (non usable) so that way i added the glow to the .pgn image itself, but in newer versions (with usable searchbar) i mannaged to get this effect as well,just a little trick with the images adding the glow.Hope it helps.

P.D. I've seen your work, very well done mate, I actually tryed to port NextLevel to Bs, it was almost done but my Hard Drive Died and all of my work was gone,that was a time ago though.
